As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for answering customer questions and resolving concerns, processing incoming and outgoing vehicle titles, processing correspondence in an accurate and timely manner, processing property tax abatement's and thru-bills, processing all DMV requests and performing insurance-related and miscellaneous tasks
- You are the first representative to contact customers whose accounts are overdue, gather information, answer questions, and resolve problems with little direction and with efficiency, tact, and professionalism. Communication skills - especially persuasiveness and listening ability are crucial to this role
Required competencies - Customer Orientation, Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Planning and Organizing, Cultural Sensitivity, Self-Direction, Decision Making and Judgment, Client Specific Product Knowledge, Challenging Spirit, Results Orientated
4 year Bachelors Degree mandatory
Previous work experience demonstrating the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
PC proficient in MS windows environment (MS Word and Excel)
Data Entry, Customer service, Phone etiquette required.
