Job Description

  • We are currently seeking  full time Customer Service Representatives in Norwalk. CT: 

The hours are 3pm - 11pm, Must be able to work weekends.

This is a 24/7/365 operation.  Employees in customer service will work a fixed shift, with rotating days.  Schedules are published a month in advance.  Employees work a 5 day week which always includes 1 weekend day.  Days off are not necessarily in a row.  Should expect to work both weekend days every 6 to 8 weeks.



  • Customer Service representatives will be handling inbound calls for a variety of companies including medical offices, service companies (ex: plumbers, HVAC, etc.) and security alarm companies 

      Temp to Hire opportunity!

  • Candidates who has previous experience with call centers or customer service please apply. Recent High School or College grads looking for full time work please apply.

Job Requirements

MUST PASS A TYPING TEST. MINIMUM 35 WORDS PER MINUTE

MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST 

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED
