to the growth of the company. The customer service / call center team members enjoy having a
consistent schedule, an exciting work environment and paid training.
Client companies in Hopkins and Saint Louis Park looking for Customer Service who are responsible for:
customers over the phone with product questions and concerns
Scheduling appointments for clientele
Going the extra
mile to give every customer a positive outcome
Must be available to work Saturday mornings
Shifts include Mon-Friday 12:30 pm - 9:30 p.m.
Ideal Customer Service / Call Center Candidates:
Have a work ethic oriented towards action and results
Punctual and reliable
Positive, constructive, “can-do" attitude
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Are able to manage customer concerns calmly and effectively
Use critical problem solving skills to make sound decisions
Are able and willing to learn new skills
Have a “sales mentality"
Previous experience is not a requirement. If you have a desire to succeed and a willingness to learn and develop new skills, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
