SENIOR RECRUITING SPECIALIST, CONTRACT


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Senior Recruiting Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, assessing and attracting top talent for the organization.
  • This position performs full life cycle recruitment and has the ability to make a significant contribution to the business.
  • The Senior Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with business leaders to understand business drivers and the recruiting need, making recommendations as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Will execute full recruitment utilizing a variety of sources and techniques.
  • Participate in departmental projects.
  • Define and executive short term sourcing strategies.
  • Source acumen to include referral generation, position postings, direct /cold calling, sourcing from resume databases, internet recruiting, social media recruiting and creative candidate generation.
  • Participate in college recruiting; coordinate and facilitate all logistics with hosting events at universities, industry organizations, events and forums.
  • Conduct interviews, manage interview process in accordance with federal and state laws, and work with management team to ensure process meets EEOC and OFCCP requirements.
  • Maintain and update requisitions utilizing the company's applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Work in tandem with staffing agencies.
  • Identify and recommend new approaches, policies, processes, and procedures, in order to consistently improve talent recruitment.


Job Requirements


SENIOR RECRUITING SPECIALIST, CONTRACT


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • 5-7 years recruiting experience.
  • Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
  • Previous university and military recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong candidate generations, candidate to hire conversion ratio and ability to hire within a specified period.
  • Experience with multiple recruiting sources.
