We are looking for outgoing individuals with great communication skills to join our team as customer service associates. The position duties are primarily composed of sales, dealing with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and troubleshooting.

Primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Associate role include:


  • Customer Service Associates resolve customer complaints. This can be via face-to-face or social media.
  • Customer Service Associates use reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Customer Service Associates greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Customer Service Associates will help to upgrade accounts.
  •  Our Customer Service Associate assists with placing customer orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  •  Our Customer Service Associate will take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • A Customer Service Associate answers customer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Customer Service Associates suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
  • Customer Service Associates handle product recalls.
  • Customer Service Associates attempts to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • The Customer Service Associate informs customer of deals and promotions.
  • Customer Service Associate utilizes computer technology to handle high sales volumes.
  • Customer Service Associate works with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  • Customer Service Associates close out or open sales records.
  • Customer Service Associates report to management on overall customer satisfaction.



Required Skills:
