Job Description

Our client is a non-union Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturer located in Wyoming, Michigan and they are looking for a Human Resources Manager with at least 10 years HR Management experience, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry.

This is a fast-paced, high growth, three shift manufacturing company with 400+ employees. This person reports to the General Manager, will lead the HR Team, and is a member of the site leadership team.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or similar
  • 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Tier 1 Automotive Experience
  • Flexibility to accommodate three shifts
  • Professional HR Certification preferred
