Customer Service Representative
Possible Overtime available
We are looking for Call Center Representatives that enjoy talking on the phone who can be the liaison between our company and callers. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively manipulating caller complaints and inquiries keeping them satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. French and Spanish speaking candidates are need too!!!!!!!!
Shift M-F 11am-8pm (EST) OR Sat & Sun 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm (EST)
- Handle inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify callers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Type at least 30 WPM
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
