Job Description

Successful Nutritional Company is seeking a candidate with 3-5 years B2B experience in a similar role within the Nutrition Industry. Duties include, but are not limited to: answer business inquiries and requests, manage customer orders, follow up with customer claims, liaise between the Support, Sales and Finance team. Ideal candidate must be a confident speaker who understands the industry and enjoys working in Customer Service with corporate vendors. 


Pay: 60K per year, DOE.

Benefits: Medical, Dental & 401k


Shift: Monday- Friday 9 AM-5PM.


Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum Associate’s Degree, preferably in Business/Finance or Marketing.
  • Must have 3 years of Business to Business Customer service experience, preferably in the nutrition or food industry.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power point.
  • Excellent problem solver.
