Job Description

The Quality Engineer is responsible to support the internal and external customer
for all Quality topics. Major tasks are to improve the external customer
Quality KPIs by investigation process and product deviations and implementing
corrective actions.

Some Travel to customers required



  • Responsible for safe launch for new products and processes.

  • Responsible for presenting engineering changes to the
    external customer and getting approvals.

  • Investigate deviations that arise during production/
    test process and follow thru until resolved.                              

  • Lead Problem Solving activities by using standard
    Problem Solving Methods.

  • Monitor, document all Customer Quality KPIs in the internal
    and customer systems.                                 

  • Lead and participate in cross functional quality
    improvement projects.

  • Present Quality activities internal and to the customer.

  • Participate in new product developments.

  • Prepare reports for top management.

  • Maintain an open, fast and continuous communication with
    customers in order to gain and maintain customer trust.

  • Be the liaison between customer and production facility
    on quality related  topics


Job Requirements

Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s in Engineering

  • 2 years experience in Manufacturing environment, preferably providing support and
    documentation to outside customers

  • Experiencein Problem Solving Methods
