Multiple Call Center / Dispatch Representatives Needed for immediate openings in the Tri Valley

We are seeking motivated and energetic customer service professionals to handle high-volume inbound customer calls.  You must want the opportunity to get to the next level!

Job Requirements

 A qualified Customer Support / Customer Service / Customer Care Representative will be able to complete the following:

  • Be available to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as scheduled 
  • Be able to attend all orientations and training classes- (these classes cannot be missed if you are chosen to join their team)
  • Type 30 WPM and be well versed with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Have customer service experience, preferably in high-volume call center, or busy retail environment that required multi-tasking
  • Have the ability to handle escalated calls with tact

Qualified Customer Support representatives may also have:
  • Additional experience with appliances, warranties, or security or dispatch environment is extremely helpful
