Call Center Representative Monroeville

 

Do you have a background in any type of customer service, call center or retail related field, excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy working with the public?  If so, we have the right job for YOU! 


#1 Cochran is looking for full and part-time individuals at our Monroeville location on William Penn Highway.


Responsibilities for this position include:

  •  Answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate location.
  • Being proficient and professional with customers.

  • Effectively utilizing software and phone systems.
