Job Description

Receives and screens phone calls. Transcribes, formats, types and edits letters, memoranda, etc. Makes appointments, places phone calls, and gathers requested information. Creates and maintains files. Operates standard office equipment.

Job Requirements


High School education preferred. One year of office or equivalent, releveant experience. Types 40 WPM. Working knowledge of MS Word for Windows or other specified word processing software. Proficient with standard office equipment such as an electric typewriter, fax. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to handle and route multiple phone calls on multi-line phone system. Ability to handle in person customers and direct them to the proper channels. Hours are 8-4:15, Monday through Friday.
