Job Description

The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identification, and presentation of qualified candidates to open job orders. This position will follow the recruiting process and track candidates in the Applicant Tracking System. This is a success driven, dynamic organization looking for exceptional talent.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Work with the account management/sales team to meet recruiting and staffing needs

  • Strong expertise with complex Information Technology concepts, sourcing and recruiting

  • Provide a strategic and proactive approach to technical recruiting with proven methodologies

  • Source applicants and identify qualified candidates using cold calling, referrals, company database, job postings, networking, job boards, internet sites, and other creative means necessary to build candidate pipelines

  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through phone, evaluations and interviews to strategically market top talent for clients’ current and future needs.

  • Assist with client/candidate interview scheduling

  • Extend and negotiate formal job offers including any relocation costs, signing bonuses, 1099 and corp-to-corp arrangements

  • Complete pre-employment procedures including any on-boarding paperwork

  • Maintain accurate and current records in Applicant Tracking System throughout the recruitment process

  • Maintain current contractor relations and resolve employee issues as they arise

  • Assist with the on-boarding and training of new members to the recruiting team

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in areas of responsibilities

  • Assist with RFI/RFP pricing models as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 5+ years of information technology recruiting, sales/marketing, or related experience (staffing agency environment preferred)

  • Passion for learning and researching advances in information technology for candidate qualification against complex client requirements

  • Applicant Tracking software expertise (Bullhorn)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel

  • Excellent phone/customer service skills.

  • Ability to learn Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Work with minimal supervision, multi-task oriented.

  • Previous experience recruiting in a staffing agency highly desired
