Job Description

Summary: Seeking an extremely talented and ambitious customer service professional to assist in achieving best in class customer service and policy adherence. The position offers unique experience and exposure to sophisticated direct marketing as the management team. The ideal candidate is an intelligent and energetic individual with the ability to function in an unstructured environment while contributing greatly to the growth of the overall business. Ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers is a must.

Job Responsibilities: Assist in researching and resolving rejected new enrollments. Make outbound calls to customers and utility providers to resolve rejected applications. Process back-office transactions in accordance with the department?s production and quality standards. Become fluent with in-house databases and programs. Ø Manage correspondence to and from potential customers. Occasionally assist with call volume by explaining products to prospective customers to effectively sell retail products & services and answer questions. Ø Ensure the best customer experience by working with customer care supervisors and management to ensure all tasks are executed accurately and timely. Ensure the ongoing satisfaction of customers by providing feedback to Customer Care management to help shape future processes and support strategies. Ensure adherence to team procedures. Update customer mailing addresses when returned mail is received from the USPS to ensure all future correspondence reaches our customers without delay. Assist the Customer Service Operations team with weekly and monthly audits.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills: Highly organized. Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to details. Ability to speak confidently with customers. Demonstrated ability to effectively work with peers. Able to convey knowledge of products and strategies to team-members. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Analytical mindset and ability to put together basic reports. Customer Service oriented attitude. Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs. Must produce high productivity results. Education/Experience: Bachelor?s Degree preferred. 2+ years in a back office customer service position. Call center experience preferred
