Job Description

  • Work effectively with local project leaders to assist their coordination of their local service program;
  • Support the employee charity nomination program – working with employees and charity contacts;
  • Target areas that require assistance recruiting service projects with local area charities to assist their efforts;
  • Communicate with charities that need to further develop their registered service projects for approval in the employees registration database;
  • Provide clear, concise directions to charitable organizations and employees using the registration database;
  • Assist Agency Leaders of volunteer events;
  • Answer employee questions that are forwarded from the Help Desk – via email and telephone;
  • Coordinate the service project leaders to ensure that Team Leaders are effectively working to prepare their employee teams for their service day;


Job Requirements

Job Skill:

  • Ability to understand and relay information to a diverse group of charitable organizations and employees
  • Excellent written/oral communications skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and database technology
  • Ability to work in fast-paced corporate environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks


Job Requirements:

  • Research and respond to customer inquiries
  • Review and update customer records on computerized data base
  • Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties
  • Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication
  • College level education or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Superior oral communications skills on the telephone
  • Good written communication skills
  • Problem solving ability
  • Working knowledge of specified computer based applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, Salesforce (helpful, not required)
