Job Requirements


We are looking for a results-oriented Restaurant General Manager who combines outstanding leadership skills, with a firm commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. It is also important that you demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead by example and motivate your team members.


Specific qualifications for this restaurant management role include:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Prior experience with P&L management
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to create a fun work environment with an on-going personality
  • Familiarity with restaurant marketing techniques to grow sales
  • Schedule flexibility and willingness to relocate
