At TRIBE, Customer service is our priority. Part of this process involves providing each of our Customer Service Representatives an assistant. The ideal candidate is self –driven, organized, able to problem solve and make quick, sound decisions all while meeting deadlines. As the Customer Service Assistant you will be the professional behind the scenes, playing a key role in exceeding our customer’s expectations.
Your typical day will include:
· Accurately entering all customer orders into the Transportation Management system.
· Assist in setting up pick-up and delivery appointments.
· Understand and execute all customer requirements for freight temperatures and handling.
· Update pertinent information in real-time.
· Serve as a backup for Customer Service Representatives.
