Job Description

If you are a Human Resources professional with at least 5 years experience in a Senior HR Generalist or Management level position. I have the JOB FOR YOU!

Delta Dallas has partnered with a fast growing technology start-up in North Dallas to find their team a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to HR leadership and regularly partner with the CEO on HR initiatives.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the companies HR build out in Dallas. These responsibilities will include development of policies/procedures, benefits administration, HRIS management, compensation, leadership development programs, performance improvement projects, creation of job descriptions and grades, and full cycle recruitment. 

Job Requirements

If this is a role that peeks your interest and you meet the following requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Human Resources (Sr. HRG/Mrg level is REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor Degree is REQUIRED; Master Degree (preferred)
  • HR Certifications are highly preferred
  • Experience working as a strategic partner to leadership on HR initiatives
  • Exceptional knowledge and ability to counsel on employment laws/regulations and guidelines including ADA, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation 
  • Excellent ability to work on a team
  • Ability to work with autonomy
