Mason, Ohio


Do you love talking to people? Does helping people and delivering quality customer service make you proud? If so, this is your opportunity to shine with Macy’s Credit and Customer Services. At our call centers, we take great pride in making the shopping experience for all our credit card customers memorable and magical. We’re looking for people with exceptional customer engagement and computer skills to answer incoming calls and chat online with customers seeking assistance and recommendations for product selections.  Position is part-time, however full-time may also be available. 



Keys to Success:

  • Ability to take ownership of external and internal customer issues from start to finish
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
  • Active listening skills to understand and resolve customer issues
  • Enthusiasm to continuously learn about new products and product lines

Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer applications and work from a dual-monitor setup
  • Ability to complete financial transactions accurately and proficiently
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs
  • Experience with or preferred; sales experience a plus
