Gulfshore Insurance, a top Florida Independent Insurance Agency, seeks the best and brightest to join our team. We offer unlimited income potential and are looking for candidates with a minimum 1 year experience in outside business to business sales. We need exceptionally passionate individuals with strong communication, networking, and negotiating skills who are looking to build relationships with prospects and clients. This is a 70% outside sales position that requires direct interaction with clients and service team members.
What You Will Do
Generate new business based on our proven prospecting and sales process.
Find prospective clients that value your professional expertise and consultative approach to risk management.
Build relationships and generate meetings with prospects to determine coverage and service gaps
Obtain necessary information so that our dedicated Marketing Support Team can find the best terms and value from the dozens of insurance carriers we represent, thereby ensuring you of a high closing ratio
Advise and assist clients by explaining coverages, making recommendations, facilitating loss control services, and assisting with the transition to their new insurance program
Partner with your Account Manager to successfully process account renewals
Deliver a consistently impeccable experience to clients that will assure superior account retention and new business referrals.
What You Need to Be Successful
Effective communication is a must!
Willingness to participate in networking events for prospecting as well as other trainings to enhance knowledge and skills
Ability to confidently present, negotiate and close new and renewal business proposals
Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (2010 or newer) including Word, Excel, and Outlook
