Job Description

Assists Account Executive/Broker on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and
undertaking internal activities related to these processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Addresses and resolves problems with respect to any of the below:
? Performs submission assembly/creation where assigned
? Facilitates the timely and accurate flow of information between account team members
? Receives and manages routine endorsement requests, certificates, invoices and policy
? Monitors and follows?up on invoice generation, fee agreements, receivables and collections
? Actively supports and monitors the renewal process
? Ensures operational excellence, including adherence to service management requirements (e.g.,Transparency & Disclosure, Aon Compliance requirements, Client Promise Methodology).


Job Requirements

Professional Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with Risk Management / Business curriculum preferred, but not

Typically at least 3?5 years of successful business environment experience, preferably with corporate
accounts/customers; experience in the field of insurance preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in PC office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools.

Certificates of Insurance and applies a working knowledge of exposure information.
? Applies Aon policies and procedures and the principles of risk management accurately and
thoughtfully to make logical decisions.
? Gains an accurate understanding of facts and situations quickly and efficiently. Recognizes if
more information is needed or others should be consulted to resolve issues.
? Demonstrates sound business sense and looks to increase business acumen.
? Makes certain that internal and external client needs are well understood when beginning work assignments
