Vaden Assurance is seeking self-motivated and sales driven professionals to join our successful insurance division as a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent. Vaden Assurance, LLC is an Allstate Agency with 9 offices in Savannah, Brunswick, Hinesville, and Statesboro, GA, as well as, Beaufort and Hilton Head, SC. Because of the size of our agency we are able to provide the broadest range of services to the customers. In addition to our personal lines such as homeowner's and auto, we offer life and estate strategies to individuals and a variety of business owner's policies.
Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Job Description:
Sell insurance policies to individuals in an assigned territory for Vaden Assurance. You will follow up on leads that are generated through all aspects of our business and maintain quality relationships with our current customer base.
Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Job Responsibilities:
- Identify customer's needs and advise/quote best insurance coverage available
- Follow up with potential leads to answer questions, etc. and close sales
- Contact current customers to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service when responding to inquiries
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Participate in various incentive programs designed to meet and exceed sales goals

Licensed Insurance Sales Agent - Requirements:
- Must have an insurance sales license or be willing to obtain one within a reasonable period. We will reimburse licensing cost for Life Policy Sales.
- Sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outgoing and friendly with a positive, professional attitude
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Self-motivates and sales driven with excellent work ethic
- Must be able to use a multi-line phone system and direct inbound leads (phone, internet) to appropriate contact.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass
pre-employment testing to include background checks,
MVR, and drug screen.
