Job Description

Insurance Relief, a division of Pridestaff National Staffing Company, is seeking a Staffing Account Manager, Outside / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, goal-oriented, entrepreneurial individual with demonstrated success or propensity for selling, negotiating, influencing and problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.  If you like speaking with people and are not afraid to initiate conversations in a professional environment, this may be the position for you.

Job Responsibilities

As a Recruiting Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business and expanding our existing client base. In this role, you will make phone calls as well as in-person presentations to generate orders from current and potential insurance industry clients.


Additional responsibilities for the Recruiting Consultant will include:


  • Negotiating service rates and direct hire fees with clients
  • Attending insurance association meetings, trade shows and events
  • Planning and documenting all business development activities
  • Assist with recruiting and placement activities as necessary



Job Requirements

As a Recruiting Sales Consultant, you must have a strong sales marketing or customer service background. At least 2 years inside or outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. We are looking for someone with high energy and a strong desire to succeed.   

Additional Requirements for the Staffing Account Manager will include:


  • Sales, marketing or customer service experience
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Experience within the insurance industry and a four year degree is preferred
