Job Description

A large Asheville employer is growing and adding 10 inbound customer service positions in the next few weeks! Are you ready to be a part of this opportunity? Working with us at this premier employer you will be eligible for health insurance through us from day one and when hired, multiple schedules, 1st shift premium pay, and career paths to advance.

As a customer service agent you will answer calls responding to requests in a courteous, helpful, and efficient manner.

Common questions/requests include but are not limited to:
• Questions about products
• Questions about billing
• Changing contact or mailing information
• Placing new orders
• Adding to existing orders
• Cancelling existing orders
• Attempting to solve problems in order to retain an existing customer

Job Requirements

A traditional employer in Asheville is seeking a hard-working, organized, mindful, detail-oriented, and courteous person to play a key role as a customer service representative.

This position handles:

  • high call volume
  • requires excellent customer service 
  • problem solving skill
  • working both independently and within group dynamics

This position also includes: database entry and management of customer information - fast and accurate data entry is critical.

  • proficiency in typing
  • grammar
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Chrome
  • Gmail
  • Google Docs
  • Google Sheets 

Schedule is Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm or 10:30am - 7:00pm. Flexibility required around which shift will be the finalized daily schedule.
Pay:  $12-14.00 /hr DOE.
