Job Description

Company:  Global organization in  S. Orlando is currently seeking a Full time Executive Assistant/Office Manager position who can assist with supporting their international clients and the needs of the team. 


Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description
:  Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Keep office clean and organized
  • Order office supplies, maintain proper inventory
  • Create flyers for events  and monthly newsletters
  • Update social media sites
  • Manage budget 
  • Book flights/hotels
  • Answer phones and greet visitors 


Job Requirements


  • Must have previous Office Management and Executive Assistant experience 
  • Bachelor degree preferred 
  • MS Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Computer Savvy
  • Experience with calendaring and travel arrangements
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills- formulate emails without grammatical and spelling errors
  • Bilingual- Spanish/English is a plus
