Job Description

The Customer Care Representative will maintain service excellence by personally responding to needs of the customers, their team process, and the company by continuously looking for opportunities to improve service and support.  This person works closely with their assigned Team Leader to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers.


Job Requirements

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and accurately using a “best-in-service” method.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document the interaction thoroughly.
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited:  billing, equipment, coverage, and system troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the training of new personnel.
  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience and the Team Leader business process.
  • Responsible for compiling and generating reports as they relate to customers, products, and processes.
  • Assist other departments with day-to-day incoming requests.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
