You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our New York office. Your duties include administering office assets such as printing devices, sourcing of new office premise and office renovation as well as arranging appointments and travels for the team members. Other administrative duties include preparing purchase requisition, purchase orders for vendor payment, processing of staff expense claims and other assigned duties. You are expected to work closely with the Group Corporate Secretarial team based in Singapore head office, liaise with outsourced registered agents and forward documents to the head office. You will also be required to assist the team in preparing reports / marketing collateral and perform market research work.
You should possess a Degree in business administration with at least 3 years’ administrative operation and corporate secretarial experience. You should be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office software. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent planning and organizational skills. You must be meticulous, have strong communication skills, able to work independently and yet an effective team player. Candidate must hold a valid US Work Visa and be willing to be based in our New York office.
