Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter

Our client in St. Charles County is seeking a HR Assistant/Recruiter to join their team! This is a full-time, temp to hire position to start immediately! The ideal candidate in this role will have previous experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, and familiarity working with affirmative action reports and requirements.

Job Duties:

  • Post new jobs using company database
  • Review candidate resumes to verify they meet necessary job requirements
  • Track candidates and maintain reports based on candidate applications
  • Maintain affirmative action plan and requirements
  • Prepare affirmative action reports as necessary or requested
  • Work with hiring managers to discuss and review qualified candidates for openings
  • Help with various clerical or administrative needs within the HR department
  • Additional duties as assigned by HR Manager¬†

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years previous Recruiting or HR Assistant experience required
  • Previous experience working with affirmative action requirements and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed
  • Familiarity with iCIMS and/or Workday software a plus
