Publicly-traded company listed recently by Fortune Magazine as "One of the Top Companies To Work For", is looking a Lean/Continuous Improvement Manager with multi-site responsibility in Central California.


  • Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will be tasked with driving Business Process Re-engineering across the corporation.Operating in a matrix organization structure, provide Lean/Continuous Improvement guidance, strategic direction, and resource management to the various Business Units, Programs, and Supply Chain.

  • Regularly assess, map and baseline various business processes while prioritizing them based on level of importance, urgency and assemble/leas cross functional teams to redesign them in order to improve its efficacy, efficiency, performance and customer satisfaction.

  • These efforts will be driven towards maximum improvement in business and customer outcomes; driving efficiencies, speed, reducing cost all the while improving quality and compliance.

  • Champion Lean/6-sigma and continuous improvement / Business Process Re-Engineering across the operation. Travel for supplier site visits and customer meetings as required. The base salary will fall in the $125k-$150k/yr. range plus bonus for the right individual.
