We are currently seeking a Sr. Analyst, Information Technology for our Park City, UT Location.

The incumbent will serve a key role which has both strategic and technical scope supporting the geared solutions manufacturing facility in Park City, UT.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating, planning, and leading the information technology activities for the site.  They will help determine the needs of the organization and be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining digital solutions to fulfill them.  In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs.  Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.


  • Troubleshoot and maintain core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, and databases
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to appropriately establish scope, system goals, and requirements
  • Provide timely system support to all departments ensuring efficient and accurate information flow throughout the organization
  • Drive the vision, strategy, roadmap and implementation of Group IT solutions within the business
  • Deploying, configuring, managing, and maintaining INFOR enterprise resource planning applications; experience with CINCOM CONTROL ERP and Microsoft SQL database technologies a plus
  • Deploying, configuring, managing, and maintaining infrastructure technologies which includes, but is not limited to: desktops, servers, storage, backup, LAN, WLAN, and WAN
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high level comprehensive solutions
  • Develop and analyze functional specifications
  • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
  • Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
  • Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
  • Gather feedback from end users about system performance
  • Provide advice and technical training to business users
  • Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation
  • Ensures systems hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and partners
  • Researches, plans, and oversees systems replacements and upgrades
  • Maintains documentation of the systems
  • Seek out continuous improvement opportunities and provide input and recommendations where appropriate
  • Establishes and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution
  • Other duties & special projects as assigned


The ideal candidate will have solid business, technical, and interpersonal experiences, skills, and growth

potential. Highly desired skills/experiences include:

  • Excellent writing proficiency, visual design, and presentation skills required
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Progressive knowledge of application support and development
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience leveraging critical thinking and exposure to change management principles
  • Has demonstrated solid project management skills and has operated in a structured PMO environment
  • Ability to act independently with limited supervision within scope of responsibility
  • Ability to listen, understand and translate client requirements
  • Experience supporting public manufacturing businesses; experience in aerospace a plus
  • Experience with SOX compliance, DFARS compliance, and ITAR Security requirements
  • Maintain shift/schedule flexibility, provide on-call support and customer service 24x7x365 as needed
  • Detail oriented and committed to meeting deadlines
  • Must be flexible, dependable and able to multi-task
  • Strategic planning skills, organizational skills, operating skills, and strong leadership
  • Must be knowledgeable in best practices and the use of IT methodologies
  • Experience in LEAN, SIX SIGMA, and ITIL methodologies a plus
  • 10% travel in support of site, regional and managerial priorities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related discipline with 5-8 years of practical experience (required)
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related discipline and relevant experience architecting complex solutions (preferred)
