Job Description

Title: HR Coordinator

Location: Norcross, GA

Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $16-18/hour

Our client is a nationwide logistics company that is looking to hire their next HR Coordinator. This is a fast-paced position that will provide exposure to many HR duties. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates are heavily favored for this role.

Bonus opportunities available once a permanent employee.

The HR Coordinator will:

  • Support the Human Resources department in the day to day operations and administration
  • Respond to incoming inquiries from employees regarding payroll, benefits, company policy etc.
  • Manage employee files and records in a confidential manner
  • Process unemployment claims, leave of absence requests, and employment verifications
  • Assist with benefit programs information distribution
  • Submitting and processing background checks, E-Verify, and I9s daily

Job Requirements

HR Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Human Resources and administrative experience
  • Experience with ADP Payroll/HR software is preferred
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish is a huge plus!
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Associates degree or higher is required
