Job Description

SUMMARY
National Service Provider is growing and looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support their Sales Representatives. This person becomes part of the regional administrative team in the Warrendale, PA office to provide support sales representatives and project teams.


Do you like being busy all the time? The people we have placed in this role thrive on working in a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks, interruptions and changes in priority. They typically have a few years of experience of supporting multiple people in other companies. They take pride in keeping up with the needs of their people.


POSITION
Responsibilities include:
• Provides administrative support to company sales staff
• Prepares and process proposals and contracts for customers
• Sets up and updates customer accounts in the software system
• Prepares various sales reports as needed and works with large amounts of data


Pays $15.00 an hour.  Benefits are offered.  Weekly work schedule of Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. 

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS
• At least two years of experience providing administrative support / coordinator skills.  Experience coordinating projects from start to finish would be ideal.
• Meticulous attention to detail 
• Strong verbal and written English 
• Strong time management skills with ability to anticipate needs 
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment 
• Willingness to ask questions and take good notes
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, including the ability to create spreadsheets 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
