Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a direct-hire Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team!

  • Full-cycle, high-volume Accounts Payable processing 
  • Match accounts payable invoices to purchase orders
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Data entry of invoices into software system and prepare checks for payment
  • Research discrepancies and communicate with external vendors to resolve questions 
  • Assist with other accounting responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting
  • Experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable processing is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with QuickBooks is ideal, and proficiency using Microsoft Excel
