Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Inbound/Outbound Call Center

Temp to hire position

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

 Providing outstanding customer service to all customers in a professional and courteous manner

 Data and order entry

 Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

 Reaching out to customers regarding orders, deliveries, inquires, etc.


 Clear and professional speaking voice/telephone manner

 Excellent customer service skills

 Bilingual a plus (Spanish or Korean fluency)

 Proficiency in basic PC applications and MS Word, Excel and Outlook

 Ability to perform basic math skills

 Problem solving skills

 Excellent attention to detail

 Sound decision making skills

 Work well in a team environment

 Able to work with a diverse group of people

Job Requirements

Prior customer service experience within a call center highly preferred
