Catastrophe Management Solutions (CMS) is currently seeking Customer Services Representatives for one of the country’s leading insurance companies. Prior customer service or in-bound call center experience is a plus.
CMS’ scope of operation is defined by the magnitude of claims with up to 24-hour access to Claims Associates. Team members can provide a multitude of tasks including:
- Make initial contact calls and follow-up call to insured's
- Track claims process and compliance
- Research prior losses
- Notify and update agents
- Monitor faxes and e-faxes for proper distribution
- System and software in-house training
- Prompt technical support
Our team members start at a generous rate of $10.00 per hour + the opportunities for advancement and the chance to participate in our 401(k) retirement savings program and flexible spending plan.
