Job Description

We are recruiting for an Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Clerk, temp to hire, for a very busy and growing high tech manufacturing company in the greater Rochester Area.

Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Clerk will support Buyers and Planners with the following responsibilities:
  • Working with purchase orders, work orders, service orders, and  invoicing.
  • Planning schedules.
  • Completing inventory reports and documents.
  • Participate in meetings, etc.
To be considered for Administrative Assistant – Data Entry Clerk, must have:
  • Excellent data entry skills.
  • Good knowledge of software programs.
  • Good computer skills to write reports, perform data entry, maintain databse, complete forms, create charts and support department in a manufactuing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Must have experience with Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must have high attention to detail with high level of competency.
