Job Description

Requires a High School Diploma and one (1) year of administrative experience.  The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and technical functions as assigned to assigned staff.  This may include typing, scheduling, filing, research, data entry, auditing, customer service, prescription refills, patient assistance programs for pharmaceutical companies, arranging transportation, mail service, safety coordination, preparing meeting minutes, tracking and assisting with submitting prior authorizations, and materials, ordering supplies and acting as resource to Center staff.

 

The incumbent must demonstrate excellent customer service and the ability to be an effective resource that assists in providing overall communication throughout the Center and its related businesses.  Experience with Microsoft office.  Fluency and expertise with Microsoft Excel preferred.  Shift: full-time, days/some evenings.
