Plumbing Project Sales Representative/Estimator - Leading Commercial Mechanical Service Company - Salary and Incentive Package to $100k+ - Atlanta, GA

  • Our client, an extremely stable design/build mechanical contractor, has an immediate need for an accomplished Plumbing Project Sales Representative to be based out of the Atlanta, GA area.
  • Our client has an exceptional reputation for providing services for a broad range of mechanical and plumbing needs in the commercial sector.  Their customer base is primarily large scale commercial projects (hotels, schools, manufacturing facilities, etc) in the metro Atlanta area.  They are a family-owned and run company, who believe that if you put the employees and customers first, everything else will work itself out.
  • In this role, the Project Sales Representative will be responsible for working with the Service Techs to grow relationships with existing customers, as well as seek out and qualify new prospects.  The Project Sales Representative will evaluate systems and components to determine the repairs, modifications, or replacements necessary to resolve issues with customers’ mechanical systems.  They will develop cost estimates and proposals, and make effective sales presentations to facility owners, building engineers, etc. 

 The ideal candidate for this role will possess 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience, along with 2+ years of sales success.  They should have strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional communication skills. 

 includes a base salary ranging from $60-65K+, along with an aggressive, uncapped incentive plan that will take total earnings north of $100,000 in year one.  Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with company match, vehicle allowance, and generous PTO.

Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will possess 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience, along with 2+ years of sales success.  They should have strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.
