Research and respond to customer inquiries in a high volume call center for a Fortune 500 Insurance Company, responsible for taking inbound customer calls to process payments and offer billing solutions for homeowner and auto insurance policies. In addition there may be some interaction with third party vendors with requests to modify lien holder information.
Strong written/verbal communication and problem solving skills. Demonstrated computer and typing skills. Minimum of one year customer service experience, with call center experience a plus. High School diploma required with college experience preferred. Background check required. Must be available to work a flex schedule including Saturday’s.
