Job Description

We are looking for  an energetic, resident centered Staff Nurse for the evening shift. The successful candidate should  have excellent assessment skills and clinical judgement.  The position requires  good time management skills and a resident centered perspective. 

Job Requirements

  Educational Requirements:

Current Connecticut license

Position Requirements:

Ability to communicate fluently with residents, staff and families. Ability to push and pull  medication cart and assist with moving residents. Ability to bend, stretch, walk and stand for extended periods. Fine motor skills and visual acuity. CPR certified.

  Job Specific Details (FT, PT, Hours, Weekends, etc.):

Part-time (24 hours) and every other week-end positions available

Required Experience:

Previous long term care preferred

Salary:

Dependent on experience
