Accounting Clerk with Accounts Payable & Receivable experience
-Full knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
-Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
-Requires intermediate Data Entry/10-Key skills
-Support documentation with upper level Accounting Management
-Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
-Utilize computer systems to run databases, and process reports
-Any experience with QuickBooks, Peachtree, Famous or Sage software system a plus
2+ YEARS experience in Accounting Clerk role
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables preferred
Payroll experience a plus
Strong working knowledge of MS Office programs with strong Excel experience.
Knowledge of Computerized Accounting programs.
Must be extremely detail oriented and highly responsible.
