Company provides regulatory compliance services for industrial operators in the US and Canada. The product we sell is a service based offering solving 4 distinct state and federal regulatory compliance programs industrial operators must comply with. All of them have a technical component to them and must be mastered.
Identify leads, call, email, present, develop proposal and close proposals.
Company has a lead outreach system that will be utilized and the majority of leads will be handed to the person.
Create effective communications by phone, email, and daily meetings.
Educate company employees on any new industry and regulatory trends or changes.
Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft and other software products.
Interact appropriately with supervisors, coworkers and vendors.
Manage all sales meeting agenda items.
Travel as required.
Handle stress and interact appropriately and successfully with supervisors, co-workers, customers, clients, vendors, and others with whom employee interacts.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Proven sales abilities a must.
Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of company services and the sales process.
Prefer at least 3-5 years of related work experience.
Customer service skills, communication skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, organization, sales.
