Software Resources has an immediate job opportunity for a Release Train/Agile Delivery Lead in Downtown Miami, FL. Delivery Lead (SAFe experience but also trained in traditional program management)
We are looking for "drivers " candidates with multiple years of Program level experience (with larger scope and more web/mobile software development expertise).

Agile Delivery Lead The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for leading and driving program-level processes and execution. The Agile Delivery Lead is accountable for the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of value through the program. This position requires individuals who have previously been successful Scrum Masters and/or Program Managers on highly distributed teams, have led multiple scrum teams in the past, and have experience in software delivery as well as those who can drive and influence change and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities: · Act as an execution lead closely partnering with the product manager & IT delivery owner to guide one agile release train · Establish and communicate schedules for release/quarterly planning · Facilitate release/ planning sessions · Publish release plans for visibility and transparency · Assist with execution and feature/capability completion tracking · Assist with economic decision making by facilitating feature and capability estimation and tradeoff discussions · Resolve, escalate and/or track impediments · Encourage team collaboration · Collaborate with other value stream stakeholders to help assure strategy and execution alignment · Manage risks and dependencies · Forecast and manage budget within established parameters · Encourage and participate in program level continuous improvement and communities of practice · Coach, mentor and motivate project team members · Ensure comprehensive and seamless project post-implementation transition Support teams as appropriate · Drive continuous improvement · Act as a change agent within the Lean-Agile transformation, ability to coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters with new processes
Qualifications · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · SAFe SPC4 certification · PMP preferred · 5+ years project management experience · 3+ years senior scrum master working with multiple scrum teams · Experience with Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies
