Job Description

                  

This is a full time job with full benefits.  We are looking for someone to work with our Customer Service team. 

The following will detail what the position entails.

  • Enter orders using our complex computer system providing timely and accurate processing.
  • Review orders for accuracy and quality; make follow up inquiries regarding missing information.
  • Send and follow up on order acknowledgments.
  • Close/Update Opportunities in computer system.
  • Provides CS personnel with timely and accurate response to requests for pre-expediting and order maintenance information through interactions with mfg.
  • Understands our sales, purchasing, manufacturing and computer system as it pertains to customer service.
  • Responds to customer inquiries for pricing, delivery and punch list information.
  • Through interaction with internal and external customers begins to develop product/customer knowledge.
  • Utilizes P.C. and mainframe system to generate reports.
  • Adheres to established company policies/procedures.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

Job Requirements

  • 2-5 years previous experience in CSR role
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good typing and data entry skills
  • Ability to perform customer service role when needed
