We are currently hiring for our SiriusXM Call Center Agent Position. As a representative you will be renewing customers subscriptions in our state of the art facility. We are hiring for daytime and evening positions ranging from 25-39 hours per week. We want to ensure you have a healthy personal-work life balance!
- Upsell products and/or services to the customer
- May be required to work in one or multiple queues /skill sets over various client call types.
- Continually maintain working knowledge of our clients products, services and promotions
- Make recommendations according to customer’s needs
- Basic documentation, talking and typing.
