Job Description

A successful residential real estate company in Lincoln Park seeks a Real Estate Coordinator to join their team. The Real Estate Coordinator will manage residential transactions. The Real Estate Coordinator should have experience and an understanding of the listing and/or closing process and a Real Estate License is required.

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Coordinator:

  • Complete all phases of contract management including preparing, receiving, processing and closing of real estate contracts
  • Review contracts, HUDs, and closing documents
  • Work with agents, title companies, and attorney’s offices to ensure a smooth acquisition process
  • Manage client, Realtor and title company relations
  • Log contingencies, conditions and inspections
  • Create and route disclosure packets
  • Communicate with outside vendors to order inspections and reports
  • All other duties as assigned  

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Real Estate Coordinator: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real Estate license required
  • Practical work experience within real estate industry company or as an account manager 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Proficiency with personal computers 
  • Must be able to handle a high volume of files with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
