Health Care Customer Service / Call Center
Pay: $16.50 hour
Salary: $34,320.00 /year
Looking for Customer Service Reps to work with a major pharmaceutical company in Frisco, TX.
Start Date: 10/23, Interviews will take place the week of 9/18
Must Have Requirements:
- Strong communication style must be assertive on the phone
- Must be able to take control of the conversation and not be timid or shy
- Two years of experience in Outlook and Excel (basic knowledge only)
- Critical thinking skills and ability to adapt
- Training : 11/6/2017 - 12/29/2017 9a-6p M-F
- Regular Schedule : Starting in January hours will be an 8:30-5:30p
- Overtime available to top performers starting in January
- Act as a patient advocate by reaching out to insurance companies to try to get their prescriptions covered
- Make calls to insurance companies to try to get prescriptions covered for patients
- Medications are costly and often rejected initially by the insurance company
Nice to have experience includes : Benefit Verification, Health Care Call Center, Collections, Health Care Customer Service, Medical Terminology, Health Care Reimbursement, Complaints Department, or similar positions. Recent college graduate will also be considered if they are a top performer
