Uline seeks Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Representatives for its new branch in Kenosha, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).
Kenosha branch is now open!
HOURS: Candidate must be flexible. Can range between 8 AM to 11 PM. Saturday OR Sunday availability required after training.
BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
- Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and chat.
- Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet our customers' needs.
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
- Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.
BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bilingual - 100% fluent in both English / Spanish (read, speak, write).
- 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
- Available for 4 weeks of training, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.
