● Provide administrative support to executive/s with a high level of confidentiality
● Prepare documents including correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
● Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, and department functions
● Schedule domestic/international travel arrangements for executive/s
● Manage complex meeting schedules, including customer meetings and activities for off-site meetings
● Answer incoming phone calls and transfer as needed
● Maintain a close working relationship with all members of management and have knowledge of company activities on a corporate level
● Order, organize and maintain department files and supplies
● Assist with other projects as needed
● Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
● 3-10 years’ experience working in an administrative role with demonstrated organization skills and administrative competencies required
● Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
● Must have high level of interpersonal skills
● Capable of organizing and prioritizing heavy workloads in a deadline driven, fast paced environment with accuracy and minimal supervision
● Strong written and oral communication skills
● Demonstrated intermediate to expert level of proficiency in PC applications and operating systems, including Microsoft office products, (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
