Responsibilities for a Retail Sales Consultant:
Make comparisons with rival services and solve our customers' problems
Work with our marketing managers on perfecting the pitch for the services
Report on the sale of the services for retention purposes
Give ideas regarding offers to boost sales
Closing the sale with superb customer service
